All of English Hi-Techdry’s personnel are trained IICRC water technicians certified in water extraction and structural drying. We use only Phoenix dehumidifier’s which have been tested as the highest performing dehumidifier’s on the market while other’s aren’t designed for structural drying, but many restoration companies still use them. Using the wrong equipment that’s not rated for proper structural drying, can increase the drying time; costing the customer or insurance company more money than necessary. A typical drying job using the right equipment should be dry in three days.
